When to expect your delivery

We aim to prepare all meat to order, to guarantee freshness and quality. When you place your order with us, it can take up to 2 working days to process, once processed and dispatched you can expect to receive your delivery within 1-2 working days. (Please note we do not offer weekend deliveries and do not dispatch on weekends). We will keep you informed about the status of your order through the whole process and where a delay is anticipated, we will aim to contact you to keep you informed.

You will be notified when your order has been dispatched. Once the order is with our courier partner, they will contact you with a tracking number and estimated time slot for delivery (usually within 1-2 working days).
Please note, due to the perishable nature of these products, we ask that customers pay particular attention to courier delivery notifications. If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel due to the customer not being at home during the advised time slot, the liability for loss of goods lies with the customer. We cannot be held responsible and no claim can be made against us.  

How you will receive your order

All orders will be sent in insulated packaging to keep your meat fresh for up to 48 hours in an unopened package. On receipt of goods, please immediately refrigerate your items to ensure freshness. Please note all fresh items are suitable for home freezing. Our Commitment To You

We are committed to getting your order delivered to you as quickly and reliably as possible. We work closely with our butchers and courier partners to ensure that your order is prepared, packed and handled with care to reach you just as you expect.We deliver to all postcodes in mainland UK. We aim to get all orders dispatched on the same day, for delivery the next-working (when placed before 12pm). Orders placed after the cut off on Thursday will be dispatched the following working week. We ask that you take into account a possible delay in delivery during seasonal variations (e.g. Christmas, Bank Holidays etc). When planning for a special occasion or bulk order please allow for an extra 24 hours for adequate preparation and delivery time. We will always contact you if we anticipate any possible delays in getting your order to you. 

Delivery Terms & Conditions

• We may deliver your parcel at any time on the scheduled delivery day for mainland UK. Delivery is complete when we or our courier deliver to your provided address.
• If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will follow your provided instructions. If no instructions are given, the parcel will be left in a location deemed safe by the courier. If a safe place isn't specified and the parcel is returned to the depot, you'll need to arrange a collection or redelivery.
• The designated safe location must be within the delivery address area and accessible to the courier. While we aim to follow your delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee it. The courier may contact you by phone using the number associated with your account, which may also appear on the delivery label.
• DPD delivery obligation is fulfilled once the box is delivered to the specified safe spot or a location considered safe by us or the courier.
• We shall not be liable for goods once they have been delivered to the address or secure place stated in your order. As adequate email and SMS notifications are sent alerting you to your parcel(s) being out for delivery, and once successfully completed.
